Processing Direct Reports & Reviews (5)

Processing direct LLC states they are a company they can help you with your student loans send them so much money at the beginning and $19 a month and they say your student loans will be paid for. It’s a lie I disputed with my bank waiting on that.
Scam

I gave a scammer my social security number because I thought he worked for Falsa. He put my social security number on the black market. Please check my social security number. Henry was the scammer who sent me a code and read my FAFSA information. Henry wanted my card number. I gave him the information and then just canceled my card. He said he would charge 100 dollars for 6 months and then 25 dollars until my loan was paid. I changed my card but I don't know what to do about the social security number being stolen. I begged everyone that I called to change my social security number. Scammers have been trying to scam me all year and steal a code. His numbers did not show up as scam likely. The Banks and Paypal have recordings of me complaining. I gave him the code because he said that he was a part of FAFSA. His 4 numbers were 1409 440 3490, 1719-414-2869, 888-752-0340, 347-354-0374. He told me to call the number on the website,
https://processing.direct/contact-us/, to check if he worked there.

I only wish I learned this 2 years ago. I was also scammed unfortunately- a lot of money later.

I received a phone call at 10:30 am from these scammers claiming they word for student aid.gov and the department of education. They were very believable and I was very naïve. They really very forceful in having pressuring me into making a deal with them and providing my information. I gave them my studentaid.gov login user name because of how convincing they seemed they took that and texted me a code to change my password. They changed my password and had access to my information on the site. They then transferred me to another person and they explained a bunch of information to me and claimed to be my financial advisor. They were not. They asked for either credit card information or debit card information. I have it again not thinking. They also asked for driver’s license number and had access to the last four digits of my social security number. They were able to see my reference and there names, addresses, and contact information. They also were very interested in get a payment right away over the phone. Horrible experience. Called the police, froze my credit report, filed reports with both my real federal loan servicing company and the department of education, contacted PennDot about them having my driver license number, contacted local social security office about them potentially stealing my identity and having my social security number, contacted office of the Inspector General, also filing a complaint with my state attorney general. Taking every possible action to prevent myself from having my identity stolen, my federal loans from being ruined, my federal loan servicing company from dropping me, money being taken from me, my credit report showing fraudulent/scamming activity, and so much more. This has been a nightmare and I feel like a fool! These people deserve to be taken down and arrested! Ruining peoples live-I am traumatized from all of this! Please help take these people down!! THEY DESERVE JAIL TIME! I am also attaching the fake emails that were sent to me by these scammers. I am fresh out of college and so excited to start my teaching career and now I am so scared all of that could be ruined by these horrible people-that is why I took action so quickly and am following through with all the proper precautions, protections, and reports! So sad this is even happening, sick to my stomach!

I received a call from Processing Direct. Offering student loan forgiveness. Callers name was Sam Walsh. I would need to qualify for $2000. He did not ask for money upfront. Their phone number is 917-720-3073. He did not ask for money. He did ask for a lot of personal information. He asked my name, email and birthday. I gave the information. He also asked for my Social Security number. I stopped. I did not give my Social Security number. Caller said to call the ScamPulse.com and check. Gave me his badge number. 991172ST
