Scammer calls with no name stating they are from the Processing Department?? Says they have 2 orders for me and since they can not reach me by phone they will be trying to locate me at my place of business and home. I must call them back to rectify this for their client by calling 1-888-486-6294 immediately. They leave a case no. that is the same as others whom I have asked about these calls so no specific case# to any one individual. They called before under this same number with a different story but same requests, states a complaint was filed in my name, but no real other information is given.

I received two calls on my cell phone. Sounded like a recording. Company name Processing Division. The number in my caller ID showed 309-889-9038. They state my name and that I have two charged pending against me. We tried reaching you by phone. We cannot contact you. We will actively come to your place of employment or residence. State I will forfeit my right. Please contact us at 309-889-9038 and gave an account number 270891. I did not call the number back.
