Type of a scam: Bank/Credit Card Company Imposter Scam

I rec’d a call from the above phone number, I don’t know anyone in Atlanta, GA. I put it to VM as I was talking to my daughter. It was from a gal named Jamie Davis. I hung up with my daughter shortly after that and then she texted me and then called me and said mom I think this girl is legit. She said that she needs to talk to you and she just wanted to warn you that they are going to be garnishing your wages, She said she couldn’t tell me too much but because we have the same last name if she could tell me that you also have some bank fraud and that they’re gonna go after you for that also. I’m not worried because I’ve had the same bank account for many years and no bank fraud has come across that account at all ever. The scammer can’t trick me!

Type of a scam: Debt Collections

My mother and myself are receiving calls from the 310 area code numbers listed, looking for me and stating they are Processors and that if I will be home in the next hour to be served. It has been two days of calls now and no one has yet to serve me. All they say is write down the case# and legal office phone # in order to get more information. I finally wrote down the information as legal office # 877-814-3841 and the case # 2022402743.
