On going emails with this "David" individual. Very good at his craft. Continues to promise delivery of email list, EVERY TIME I email him for explanation. He continues to commit to delivery.

This was a promise to deliver on an upcoming trade show.

Started with email from an "associate" to ask if interested. Once I expressed interest, he jumps into the fold and starts spewing a wealth of excuses on not being able to deliver. Excuses include but are not limited to: team is celebrating the holiday, short staff, working hard to get you what has been promised, run into some snags, the team is finding it more difficult to cleanse the list than expected.
