Visited the website which offered knock-off watches, I purchased one on November 4, 2023 that was said to arrive in no more than 30 days. A complaint was sent to [email protected] on December 28, 2023 asking for a refund or the watch. The company's "CEO" contacted me and apologized for the delay and that he would resolve the issue with a refund. When the refund never came I emailed him and told him it was never returned. He responded by telling me they were having problems with the refund but he would send me the watch, long story short , I'm 111 days in from purchase date and nothing. I have the email exchanges with the so called CEO.
