Deceptive practices and failure to refund as promised. When the child is enrolled, parents are given a false pricing structure that changes after registration. The daycare requires a refundable security deposit equal to the first month's tuition, marketed as refundable. They also ask families to pay the government reimbursement (CCRFI) upfront, promising a refund once the funding comes through. However, after leaving the daycare, parents will never receive these refunds. When contacted, they claim they do not have enough money to return deposits or government reimbursements.
