Online, the Dresses look great and very discounted prices. Shipping was taking forever so I emailed support, and no one answered. Randomly they charge you 29.99 a week or so after initial

Order without permission. The dresses are complete trash and look nothing like the website, because they steal pics and designs from other sites. Their versions are absolute trash, and look nothing like the site advertises. No one will respond to support messages. Is a complete scam site, RUN.

They advertised the Squishmallows Advent Calendar 2024 (plush dolls) with pictures and videos. They advertised in Instagram as if they were an American company, with American people, unboxing, talking and showing the complete Advent Calendar. They charged my PayPal account $53.79, on November 15, 2024, including “VIP Shipping” and “shipping insurance”. Parcel status provided doesn’t make sense and appeared to be fraudulent. Then I looked for the promotions on their webpage and the videos I saved on Instagram where they advertised the product and noticed they deleted all the advertisement and videos where I bought. And the company name were no longer on Instagram. I realized it was a scammer company. I contacted customer services and they told me the original parcel center was Newark, but the tracking infoirmation provided said the pakage allegedly kept moving every three days or so. At first, I contacted customer service 2 times and they answered that they asked the carrier to expedite transportation speed. I contacted them because the tracking information looked weird and all the promotions were deleted. Then they provided a differrent tracking inormation to PayPal. Saying the pakage was sent from Taiyuancity, China. After that, I tryed to contact customer service but they stopped answering my messages.

On December 20 2024, I received a counterfit, fake, very little, cheap made plastic little things and the box has a fake squishmallows carton glued on top of a different but also fake and cheap made carton supposed to be from the squishmallows Advent Calendar.

I was supposed to receive 24 bigger original squishmallow plushies.

This company have fake online shops, advertising different original products in social media to lure shoppers into parting with money and sensitive data. This site has no connection to the products they claim to sell. After trying to dispute the charges, they sent a counterfeit, totally different material, very small and cheap version of the product advertised. They are organized and know how to delay or pull back the disputes make to services like PayPal.

They have some contact information from the UK, China and Nashville, but I'm not sure the US address is real.

This "scam" is all over Facebook as a family business (leather purse making) going out of business. I went straight to their website and they appeared legitimate. When I got the purse, it was not real leather, it was not made properly, it smelled like dead fish on the inside, and the lining did not fit properly. After one use, the purse is already falling apart. It clearly came from China but they show people making the purses that are not Chinese.

I ordered 4 jimpsuits from this site .

I paid almost 400 dollars.

Within 3 months inreceived one jumpsuit that was nothing loke pic on site.

I never received other 3 items.

Business kept getting me run around

Oct.28 send my same jimpsuit i received before.

Prior to. Oct.28 order receive 2 more of same jumpsuit.

I repeatedly keep.emailing asking about 3 different jumpsuits i had ordered.

Kept giving me run around.

I asked for my money back since never received other 3 jumpsuits.

I received email asking me to make positive comment about their site and i would get another jumpsuit.

This was an attempt to.mslead other customers

I notice several did do above .

They would never post pic of their item reveived because it doesnot look like item.in website.

I keep getting automated messages .

Someone would look into it

They advertise the product is made in the USA(it's made in China) 90 day refund policy.Free shipping 3-7 days(took 4 weeks). Also, it's 100% polyester not what they advertise. They don't want to refund my money. They told me it's to expensive for me to ship back to them.

I ordered Christmas wrapping paper which appeared from the ad to be a large roll of paper. After about a month, I received a 2x2 ft piece of what looks like it was an enlarged piece of photo copied paper.

Purchase of low quality without quality control, no customer service available, no phone call responded, item received but not meet criteria of good quality safety hazard. Refund policy no clear from beginning using loophole to force you keep product without option to disputed or get your money back.

On August 9 I placed an order for Biancat™ NosaNova Nose Sculpting Device priced at $24.97, plus shipping $5.99, Total $30.96. Instead I was

charged $38.70 on August 10. Wrong device was delivered August 28. I contacted them regarding wrong item sent on 9/7, after trying to figure out how to use it, since it came with no instructions and looked different from the original purchase. The original Nose Sculpting device has EMS Technology & 10 different frequencies for electrical stimulation. The one sent to me is only a nose clip without electrical stimulation as advertised, no frequencies, nor EMS Technology. They responded that they could do nothing about it as they claim I contacted them 10 days after receiving the item. Therefore, I was overcharged and ripped off sending me a cheaper version of what I ordered. The websites ad has been posted all over tiktok, ive been seeing it so much of them advertising a camouflaged sweater, and when you click to purchase it takes you to their website. So i ordered it and when i recieved it it was not the same sweater at all that they had advertised on their videos on tiktok or the photos and review photos on their own website. There is so many identifiable items showing its is notnthe same sweater. The inside of the hoodie does notnhave the same print of camo instead itnis just white. The color is totaly off and so faded. The end ofnthe sleeve is so much shorter and the quality is soooo thing and the fabric is cheap quality unlike the thick material that was advertised. They sent me a wish looking cheap sweater. And when i comment on the ads to warn othernpeople the video gets taken down or my commentsnget deleted.

I found them on Google Shopping. I was attempting to purchase Nike Dunks for my son. The website said they were shipping out of California. They said my order was shipping for about ten days. I never received a receipt, just an order confirmation with a link to the USPS tracking. It never left Jamaica, NY, so I called my cc company and disputed the charges. As soon as I did that, they emailed me to say my order was to ship soon (2 to 3 days). I said via email "do not ship me anything, I want to cancel this order". They shipped the fake Nikes anyway. First, they begged me to drop the dispute. Then they offered 40% refund and I keep the shoes. Now they are demanding I ship them to Vietnam at my cost for a full refund. I said no way.

This company is using other photos to advertise merchandise but that is not the items you are receiving in the mail. Many others have wrote reviews about this exact same item. When reaching out to the company about the products they request you pay shipping to send the item back to the UK which is half the amount of your purchase. They state after they receive your item they will refund your money back. Being that the items are always shipped out knowing they are not the quality of their online items they are scamming many people. I read reviews on Trustpilot and they are all bad. They have the business page set up through shopify and are illegally selling products they the do not hold in stock but replicas
