I placed an order with PimpYourWorld Studio on 7/16/24. The order number is 45429. I ordered a custom Disney Encanto banner for my daughter's upcoming one year birthday. On the website (https://pimpyworld.com), the banner appeared large and the colors were brighter and opaque. When I received the item, the banner was smaller than advertised, the material was cheap and see-through, and the colors were dull. I was not pleased so I contacted the business on 8/2/24 via email right after receiving the item. I shared with them what my concerns were. The next day on 8/3/24 I received a snappy and unprofessional reply from Anne. I sent her a photo of what my banner looks like, but she said that wasn't a good enough photo even though I sent a clear photo showing the poor colors and translucence. She defended the poor product quality by saying this was the first time they received such feedback. Then she said they were detailed about the product on the website (although the website did not detail the banner would be see-through with dull coloring). She said they use 150 dpi technology, whatever that is. But the end product still came out horribly. Anne refused to offer me a refund or even remake the banner. I suspect this business is a fraudulent one because they do rotten business and they have a few business names:
