I received something completely different. I contacted customer service and the response I got was that the serial number was the same as they have. But it is not what was promoted. Customer service said they could only refund me $10.00 which I was not happy about, and, on their policy, they have if not happy with purchase we would get a Guaranteed Refund. I told them I was not happy with the response and then they said they could only refund me $14.00
this is only 14% of what I paid. I would like to report this company, because they are not selling what they are promoting.

I went to the " website", did not order it while on Facebook timeline,thinking id be safe there. As soon as i clicked to order 1 shoe- 2 pair popped up. I was thinking that i was paying 49.00 sale price for 1 shoe. But i was automatically made to puck 2- no consent of mine. I sent an email after i could fibd nobway to change the order. I was tokd that because the items were already shipped, i could not change the order. Items were shiwing on my side as ' being pricessed'. I told them that. They replied, it showing shipped on our side, it wont show on your side for 24-72 hrs. Not true, after 4 days it was still processing. I was told to send the pair back fir a FULL.refund upon receipt if i didnt want them. It took 18 days tibget them. These shoes have NO stability at ALL.I do believe they are a knockoff of the true shoe by Orthofeet store shoes. I sent them a pic of the shoe that i was sending back. I got so much fluff aboyt the refund process, i finally just told them to just stop emailing me period. They then said, we will refund 100 percent of your money just send the shoe back. I told them, look leave me alone. You know you you are bogus, i know you are bogus. ScamPulse.com knows you are bogus and social media knows you are bogus. Leave me alone please. They finally stopped emailing me

What i received was 2 cheaply made plastic clocks that run on batteries. 3 batteries for the movement, 1 battery for the clock.
The site offers a 100% refund if not satisfied. I have been asking for a refund since i got them and they say they will give me $4 and i keep the clocks!!! URGH...
I paid $82.39 for this junk and they wont to refund me $4.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE LIARS.
Misrepresentation of products and full 100% run around!!
