I ordered N95 masks in Illinois from this Professional World Store. I got a text message with a fake tracking number. When I noticed something was off, like their Facebook page deleting certain comments daily, I tried my tracking number online and called Falcon Express, who they listed as their delivery center. That delivery center is in MD and only delivers N95 masks to NY, and have been receiving many phone calls about Professional World Store and its orders which they know nothing about. They said they looked up PWS as well, don't know why they were randomly selected as the carrier, to report them, that it is definitely a scam. Delivery center verified my tracking number didn't exist, and PWS phone number led to an automated greeting to contact them through email only. Their email response was within a day, saying my package was on the way with the fake tracking number. I called my credit card company to report the fraud.
