Its a scam ?

This company somehow intercepts you when trying to activate primetv. They lie and mislead you into believing you have to pay a onetime fee to get access to peimetv. Somehow they even take control of your primetv app on your tv to try and show they are legitimately affiliated with Amazon...but its not true. Their customer service number is out of service and any emails you send to customer service is blocked. DO NOT GIVE THIS SCAM COMPANY ANY OF YOUR MONEY!

I also would love to get my $86.93 back from Proginee Solutions. I had a very hard time discussing this matter with the person on the number that show up on my screen for support. After over a hour on phone with Amazon, switching back and forth between US and CA, I still got no satisfaction. Just give a senior back her money.

Accessing Amazon Prime with a new ISP resulted in a fake customer service message to call the toll free number. The person who answered said they were from Amazon and that there was a separate fee for Prime video. This person was not from Amazon and fraudulently obtained my 83 year old fathers credit card, upon which $144.99 USD was charged. The entire conversation was recorded. I am filing a criminal complaint and have notified the credit card issuer and Amazon.

I to was coerced into paying $91.72 ($69.99 USD) for nothing by Progenee Solutions." OnJan 26 ,2021 I was attempting to watch my free preveiw of "Amazon Prime Video" when the frodulent message and siezure of my tv screen occurred. Upon calling the number on the screen the person I spoke to was very implicid that she worked for "Amazon" and that I had to reregister all of the information I had previously provided to "Amazon""in order to keep recieving "Prime Video". She insisted "AMAZON" and "Prime Video" were seperate and exclussive of each other. I now Know that was a lie , probably instructed by the trainers at "Proginee" as Icould tell by the rythem of her conversation, she was continually refering to a prompt sheet supplied to her. Several times I questioned why she would need my credit card information etc. again as "Amazon Prime" would already have that information through "Amazon"but she insisted it needed to be re -established. She said it was a one time activation fee but never said it was for "Proginee". I would like a full refund and I expect some kind of attonment from "Proginee" in the form of a clear acceptance and devulgence on the internet reguarding the skeem they have been using to bilk people for money in return for nothing.

I was activating my TV for Prime Video and the number 855-779-0925 showed upon the Prime Video home page. I called to activate my device and they misrepresented themselves as Prime Video customer service. They proceeded to tell me that Prime Video now requires a one time fee to register 10 devices and I should have received notification about this from Amazon. Not only did they charge me in US dollars ($70cdn) they sent an e-document that once opened it marked the document signed and authorized without a signature. It did not even allow me to scroll down and read entirely. I demanded a refund and I told them I reported them to Amazon and I will also report them to the police. The customer service rep who I reported this to told me that she is not responsible for what the tech said and I am responsible for signing a document I did not read. I did not sign anything ... I simply opened it to read it. They are misleading and deceitful and fully taking advantage of the public. She promised a refund and we will see if that is the case. This is most disgusting!

Proginee Solutions is a scam. They profess to be a third party represented by Amazon to provide security solutions. When we tried to sign up for Prime Video a message came through asking us to call for verification. They said we must install security software and all Amazon clients will be expected to do this by January 31st. I suspected a spam, but it was very professional sounding and because it came online right when I was trying to sign up for Amazon Prime, at first it seemed legit.

I want my money refunded, ($92.55) we did not want this service, ( ordered January 19th. 2020) it is a scam, making people believe they are getting something from your company when all we did was make an inquiry, while setting up out Smart TV.

I recently purchsed a Roku TV. When I was setting it up a phone number came up on the screen with an activation code requesting I call to complete the set up. Once I called I was asked to pay a "livetime" service fee of $169.99, which I stupidly paid. Afterward I got wise and tried to call the 1-800 number on the documents I was sent when I signed up with "Proginee". The number led to a series of dead end voice messages. I hope there is some way to see the funds retutned.

I bought a new Roku. While setting up, a pop up window came up asking me to call an 888 number to pay for activation. This fake company "Proginee Solutions Limited" stated it would be $69.99 to activate the Roku due to software changes they charge now. SCAM! They took my money. Being new to Roku, I did not know ROKU IS FREE! This company is a scam. Trying to reach them now and the number rings once the goes to dead air. Called the number on my "receipt" from them and get a "leave a message" recording. Left a message that they will probably never listen to.
