They post ads all over the internet such as Craigslist as well as local classifieds posing as actual homes/ apartments for rent. They lure in consumers with promises of rental assistance, they say they will assist in helping locate available properties as well as setting up meetings with owners and assisting with the application process. They seldom answer any calls, send out old property listings that are no longer available, they don't set up meetings with property owners. They are quick to take your money and produce no results.
