googled Progressive for home insurance quote, website listed first. Went in and filled in some personal data. Called for help. Was told I was selected to win $100. Spoke to agent who told me I needed to give $4 for fee, and he needed my card number. Told him I just wanted to speak to agent. He said he was agent and I had to complete this first before he could help me with quote. I hung up. I gave website my name, my birthdate, and possibly my ssn. I did not go back in to see what all I did.
