I cancelled my orders over the phn..they even told me they were cancelled and two months later I get the product. They had already took my money asap. now I have to cancel my card to keep them from getting any money from me over some other failed plan ...I learned my lesson.

I ordered 2 bottles of Keto Fast at 49.99 each, with a third bottle free from CHS PRO HEALTH. When I got the confirmation email it stated I was being billed $ 149.91. I called the company to cancel the order but was told it was already being processed and I could not cancel it, I was told to return the order for a refund. Ten days later I received and email stating that my order was back ordered and would be delayed. Again, I called the company for a refund and was told the order was in process and I would have to wait for delivery and return the product. My credit card was billed additional charges for products I did not order. I called CHS and questioned why I was getting these bills and was told I had signed up for some kind of subscription that I was unaware of, I told them to cancel the subscription. At this point I had been billed over $200 without receiving any products. I received another bill and contacted the company and was told they had no record of my cancelation. I canceled again and copied the message. I had contacted my credit card bank, Capital One, to see if they could help me and was told they would look into it. They contacted the merchant and said there was nothing they could do for me. I canceled my credit card to stop any additional payments. I contacted CHS and told about my dissatisfaction with their company and was told they would give me a 50% refund of my purchases, which, of course, never happened. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY...

Should be against the law. Thought that I was ordering a bottle of a weight loss supplement for $34.98, but what hit my bank was $149.91 in addition to the $34.98. Immediately attempted to contact the company, waiting more than an hour on hold, then we disconnected. When calling back I was way down in the queue. Called the next morning and was told that there was nothing that could be done, that I must have hit a 'wrong button' and placed the order. I immediately called my bank and reported the fraud and the charges were reversed. Today I learned that the bank was going to add the charges back to my account. The bank provided me with a good number to reach the company as the previous number had been disconnected. In calling that number, she tells me that if I hadn't reported it as fraud but reached back to them, they might have been able to help me. At this point, I am out $184.89, now 'waiting' for a call from a supervisor, but am fairly certain that I just ate the money. IF they had a good product, there would be no need for scamming customers out of an additional $150 to purchase other products. I DID NOT order them, I don't want them, in fact, after this experience, I wouldn't care if you could lose 100 pounds in 2.5 weeks, I wouldn't do business with this dishonest company! I tried to post a pic of their shipping label, as that also doesn't appear that it comes from them. I tossed it in a drawer, suspecting it was from them, but had already filed charges of fraud. the two numbers provided by my bank were 833-955-0119 and 833-308-0631, but received no viable assistance with this scam.

I ordered keto fast back on July 8 2020 before I could confirm my order they had me continue I tried to call them right after the order was placed and they said it’s already been shipped nothing they can do this was within 5 min of ordering! I was told to return my shipment when I received it for a refund which I did faithfully they received it in July 24 thank god I kept my usps receipt along with my credit card statement it had their phone number on it after several attempts to get a refund which minus the restocking fee of $5 a bottle for 4 bottles $20 ! Which I didn’t want ! They are now going to send me a e check which will take 15 to 30 days ! Ridiculous Do Not Buy Anything From this Company! They should be booted off Facebook for scam advertising!

did not order anything from them but they are related to ketofast whom I did buy from and then I got several charges from zenbeautyhealthshops and chsnew health $9.99 and 29.99. 844-869-0646 and 833-664-0411. both are scammers.

I saw an ad on Facebook and ordered a free sample bottle, agreed to pay shipping and handling, the page disappeared without finishing the transaction. I never recieved an email, invoice or total of what the charges for shipping would be. This company continues to charge my credit card, numerous charges $24.98, $9.99, $198.70, $1.99, $34.98 and refusing to refund because I have to wait for some mystery product I DID NOT order arrives and they cannot refund unless I return the product I do NOT have! They say the reason I never got a receipt or invoice is because I opted out of receiving them via their website - which I don't even know what or where it is. The name on my credit card is CHS*Pro Health Fast and my credit card gave me the number and said since I gave them my credit card, that they have to refund me. Again, they are refusing to refund unless I provide them with a product I do not have and did not order.

Yes I didn't order anything from this prohealth website all I did was open there email they sent me and I got charged 3 different prices $1.99, $42.48 and $99.69. why would I purchase an item for losing weight when I only weigh 105lbs?

I ordered 1 bottle of Keto Fast and Keto Cleanse, which was supposed to be a one time order, which I did receive and then I have been charged again for both. I did not receive anything for these 2 charges. One was for $24.98 from CHS*ProHealth Fast8333410821 Edmond, OK. and the other was for 29.99 from CHS*RetailKeto Fl 8558779427 OK. I do not have an address. I was able to get through to their "Customer Service" and they say they will refund my money in 3 to 5 business days. They said that I was on a recurring program, which I was not. Buyer Beware.
