Type of a scam Online Purchase
I ordered a necklace and matching bracelet. I did not sign up for their OmClub subscription. Yet I was “automatically signed up” because I bought the jewelry. It may have been in the fine print very small at the bottom of the screen or something. I do not recall seeing it before I made the purchase, because if I had, I would not have bothered. This is a very misleading and dishonest tactic. They need to state the terms of the purchase loudly and clearly. With things so subtly stated, they are scamming people.
I wouldn’t even be writing a complaint if they had just discounted my subscription as I asked as soon as I saw I was signed up for a subscription. They claimed they canceled it, but they clearly didn’t. I still got charged again. I am unsure if they will continue to charge me regardless of my attempts to cancel. I’ve read other complaints from people who have lost hundreds of dollars to this company. So far I have only wasted $56. I am doing my best to ensure I don’t lose any more and protect others from the same experience I’ve had.
This isn’t a company “trying to spread love and wellness”. They are just lying to trusting people in order to line their pockets. Anyone involved in this process should be utterly ashamed of themselves.
