I ordered a pair of Skulltec Knuckle Gel Knuckles guards, on the 26th of January, for a total of: $33.89. I received an email the next day, January 27th, that my order had shipped. It has been 11 days and the shipping status has not changed from “USPS awaiting item” meaning Prolast generated a shipping label and then never shipped the item and kept my money. I have tried to contact their customer support but I have received no response.
