They are asking us for money to ship us a fake dog. When we kept telling them we aren’t paying that money because they person that’s we were suppose to be getting the dog from paid for it they kept trying to pressure us and tell us that the dog is ready to go and we could have it today. When we live 2 hour away from the dog so had no problem picking it up.

My family and I were ordering a puppy for ourselves the gentleman we were working with sent me all the paperwork we signed it and we paid for our puppy and the shipping which was $600 then the gentleman we were buying from sent us the confirmation of when the dog would be delivered with a tracking number and then the company he was going through send us the same thing and felt everything was okay 30 minutes later I got a phone call from the company assuring that I had received the email and that everything was correct on it and we went from therethen 2 hours later I received a phone call that my dog was not in the right crate and I was going to have to pay for the correct crate and other things and it was going to end up costing me $1,900 to get him they are scammers

My husband, kids and I live in VA. Around 12/22 we decided we wanted to purchase an english bulldog puppy. We went online and searched for a local to us breeder so we can pick up the puppy ourselves. My husband is a Marine and served in the Gulf War (Dessert Storm). He still suffers from PTSD and was going to have surgery so I thought the bulldog puppy would help lift his spirits especially so close to Chrismas. We found one that was located in Stuarts Draft area about an hour away. We looked through the available puppies and found one we liked by the name of Ranny. We emailed the breeder whose name was Melissa and had positive reviews. We got a reply almost immediately from her husband. He informed us that their dogs are on first come first serve basis and we needed to place a deposit to hold our puppy. His phone number is (757)932-4394. We agreed and he also mentioned that he would be sending us the adoption application and certificate of ownership for us to sign once he received our deposit. He instructed us to send the money through Money Gram to the name of DUMAS TEKOH at Houston TX. We were to send $550. We used our local CVS Money Gram location and it did not work. He then asked us to use the Walmart Money Gram location and changed the name to RONALD SAMAH, Houston TX. We informed him that we were concerned about the fact that the area code for the phone number was VA Beach and yet he is in Texas. He said that he and his wife are both Christians and would never do anything like a scam and that they moved from VA to Texas. We sent him the money on 12/24 and that night he sent us through email ([email protected]) our adoption application which we filled and sent back. The next day he sent us through email again the certificate of ownership which we both signed and sent back to him. Our agreement was that he was sending us the dog, to arrive at our front door on 12/31 and THEN we would be sending him the remainder of the balance. He mentioned that they use a carrier service, called PROLINECARRIERSERVICE. I looked at their website and it looked like any other normal website. I live chatted their customer service representative and he assured me that the person (Mr. Samah) has done business with them in the past and that everything will be handled. The day before we were to receive Ranny, Mr. Samah texted me asking if he can go ahead and register the puppy to arrive on the 31st. We said yes and he said that we are going to receive a text from the Proline Carrier Service with the AIRBILL or confirmation. About an hour later we received a text from (929) 356-4962, saying that they have our puppy registered to be delivered the next day. The morning of the 31st we heard back from Mr. Samah and he demanded the rest of the money or he would not send the dog. I explained to him that this was not our original agreement, contacted Proline Carrier and they confirmed the dog was at their facility and on his way. In good faith, we sent the rest of the balance, $630 to Mr. Samah's supposed cousin, Bernard Kebel, who was living with him and his wife in Houston, TX. We kept checking the website throughout the day and the dog was supposed to arrive by 6:50pm that evening.... unfortunately that never happened. My kids, husband and myself were so upset. I received a message from the carrier late in the early morning hours that the dog is held up in South Carolina pending some paperwork from the USDA pet control that would cost $420 that we had to pay for and would have been fully refunded once Mr. Samah was reached. We said we were not paying another dime until the dog was at our front door. We also told him through text that we are aware that he is scamming us. Needless to say we have not received the dog. We lost almost $2000 dollars but more importantly we lost faith in people.
