I ordered a large amount of tongue depressors from this company, after a few weeks and many phone calls back and forth confirming quantity and price, the company sent 1/10 of what I ordered and then changed their listing to say that that was what I ordered. I sent the product back and requested a refund. Company refused to issue a refund. I had no product and was out my money. This all took place over about a month and a half. I eventually filed a chargeback with my bank.

I believe they were trying to keep me on the hook so too much time would pass for me to file a chargeback. Company kept offering me deals if I would just accept their product.
