We were interested in shorts & gave the owner the money. He didn’t want to give us a receipt. We needed proof of purchase to get refund for work. He said doesn’t give receipts. We told him, you are charging us for an item with tax. He said he never gives receipts. So he didn’t give it to us and was very rude. Laugh at our face because we wanted a receipt.
