PromoGroup advertises to promotional companies, agencies and clients that they can provide grocery coupons and other certificates with national retailers - Walmart. Kroger, target, etc. - advertise that ANY store that accepts manufacturer coupons will accept their coupons. Collects payment up front and then when certificates go into market NONE of the advertised retailers will accept their coupons as they have not paid the retailers in the past. Resulting in 100's of thousands of dollars of coupons and certificates being "worthless" and of NO VALUE. Then when contacted provides no resolution or refund. They updated their website on January 8th 2017 to reflect that they NOW do not guarantee ANY grocery store or store will accept a PromoGroup Coupon. For the past year they have been black listed with Retailers and knew that their coupons would not be accepted by retailers and continued to sell coupons and collect payments from clients.
