Faslely advertising a product for which is fake and sent from India. The product received is not the same CBD Gummies that is Advertised. Also, when I contacted the seller, they offered to take back the product/full order and only reimburse $90 of the complete sale, for which was $280. They also tried to hit my Credit Card for additional $50 but my CC Company canceled the card before it went through.

The transaction happened while I was talking on the phone to my grandma. They stole 199.88 & then sent me a fake confirmation like I ordered the item & I know I didn’t

SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME and on the same date. I thought the email confirmation was fake so I didn't open it. 20 days later I received a package with the worst looking CBD gummies. Keep in mind that I have never ordered CBD gummies from anywhere, nor have I ever shopped for them. The minute I received them, I called the number and they gave me an RMA to send them back (for a minute they had me thinking that maybe I made the mistake because it was so easy to get the info to send back). I did have to pay to send them back. at $199.88 I was fine with paying $12 to get my money back. I sent them back with confirmation and long story short they keep saying they will send me my money back and still have not. Every time I call they say I will receive an email confirmation of the details within 24 hours which I have never received. When I call back they say the same thing. So I asked to stay on the line while they send me this email confirmation, and they won't, they say it takes 24-48 hours to get the email. It has been 3 months. They strung me on long enough that now I can't even put in a dispute with my bank. I am not giving up. I am pissed
