I own an empty lot. I have not put it up for sale. Scam wants to buy it with cash. Sends text sending over a document to sign and they pay closing. Sends a blank document which they have signed and wanting you to sign and send back. No information on them except a signature of Demetrius Chambers. When I informed them this was a scam of sending a blank document, and I was reporting them, I got name of a company called Equity Unbound Llc. Phone number is not listed. In their email to be they are looking for title companies to make the purchase once I sign the s blank document. This was a document from DocuSign to sign.
