They sent me an official looking letter falsely claiming my property deed was transferred, which it was not, to try to scare me into sending them $89 for a copy of the deed, a service that costs 50 cents from my actual county clerk. They have a false seal trying to impersonate the Clerk's office and a fake return address for a post office in Nashville while saying mail the money to Florida even though I'm not in Nashville or Florida. It's meant to impersonate a government document and you have to read the strange hard to read font at the bottom to know it's not associated with the government or notice the small text on the envelope near the stamp. The Nashville County Clerk has a scam alert about this very letter, which they've been mailing to people in Tennessee for years under various company names.
