Our mother, ******* *********, passed away Sept 2023. Her home at **** ******* Road in McLeansville, NC was put on the market to sell 12-2023. No one currently lives on the property. We retrieved mail from the property yesterday and found many pieces of mail made out to Telescoped LLC (Sarah Sugarman) using our Mom's address. Mail from PNC Bank, Labor Poster Compliance out of Raleigh, NC Secretary of State, etc. We feel someone is using our Mom's address as part of a scam. I contacted the estate attorney we're using for Mom's estate and the Guilford County Sheriff's office and were told to repost this situation to you all.
