This is a property purchase scam that sends unsolicited purchase offers to property owners by illegally obtaining information from state and county agencies. The "managing member" listed is Logan Ellis. The "buyer" is listed as Northwoods Properties LLC. The scam organization conveniently uses a PO Box as they aren't a valid company. Information provided was P.O. Box #948, Lowell, AR 72745. Phone 479-350-9538 Fax 1-479-308-0250. Email [email protected]
