I ordered a product online from this company and when I received my credit card statement, they charged me $14 extra then what it was indicated online. Once I finally received the product, I only received a portion of the product without the handles to use both products. After emailing back and forth, they just continue to say I received the product and they will not give me my money back. I sent pictures of exactly what I received and they refuse to do nothing.
