The scammer pretended to represent a company named AMP Smart that is a contractor of Idaho Power. Idaho Power has confirmed that they are not contracted with this company. He wanted to take a picture of power meters and look at power bills. He also requested emails and phone numbers. He canvassed our whole neighborhood.
