Joshua Hernandez was hired to replace my gutters. After about 2 weeks of coming and going he finally "finished" the job and i paid him. Right after i paid him i saw that he in fact did not complete the job. He told me he would come back in 2 weeks to finish. He did not, and stopped answering calls and texts. I had to pay another company to come finish the job. Later when it rained i saw the gutters leaking. I had a company come and inspect the gutters. They informed me the gutters were hung backward allowing water to pool in the gutters, we're not sealed, and would take a whole day to redo the job correctly. They also showed me where Joshua Hernandez damaged my roof and shingles. Now i have to have a roofing company come fix that damage, too. It's going to cost me more to fix everything than he took from me. He should be shut down for scamming me, because i bet he's doing it to other people, too.
