I ordered the cat sphere tree from them. They gave me a tracking number through "17 Track" showing it arrived on 8.24.20 at my post office. It did not arrive and still has not arrived. When I contacted them thru email they tell me per the tracking it arrived and I should check with the post office because they have it. The post office told me the company should be able to provide me the postal system tracking number once it arrived in the US other wise it is a scam and never really was sent. As I continue to contact the company they keep telling me the same thing, automated email every time and they will not respond to my refund request.

I ordered from a picture an, "Electric Automatic Pasta Maker", for $29.97 plus tax. I received a bag of flimsy plastic tubes. I wrote to the Company and the response was that these tubes work just as well. That they are unable to fill my order. They advertise, "100% Satisfaction GUARANTEED or your money back." I keep getting the same email reply. I did not spend $29.97 plus shipping for flimsy plastic tubes! I want my "Full refund. "
