Paid for a one-time order. Noticed the next two months the same price came out again. I tried to call them to get this canceled and return the last order, but it gives you a recording saying they are having problems with their phone and to use the email. I sent an email Monday 7/8. Then tried to call again on 7/10 thinking I should have received a response in 48 hrs.' but have not. The same message happened. Sent a 2nd email letting them know I should have received a response but have not and the phone is still not working. Let them know I want this stopped now and how to return. 7/11 phone still not working and sent a 3rd email letting them know I am filing a complaint with BBB.
