They called from that number and provided a family member name stating that if I new that individual I needed to call Or you know this individual please press one now or call us at your earliest convenience the phone number that you can use to do so is 877-770-5897 again you can either press one now to be transferred to a live agent or contact us at 877-770-5897 thank you for your attention to this matter have a great day…” to claim I needed to send money to help my family member.
