Provisional Risk Services not only called me and threatened me but also called my parents and my daughter sating there was a court case against me. When I called them they tried to get personal information out of me but I would not verify anything. That's when he threatened to call my work. i read have read many other stories much like mine on the internet. These people need to be stopped. God only knows how many people have fallen for the scam and given them money and personal information.

Said they would file court papers on me unless I paid them over $2000 for 3 payday loans between 2009 and 2010 and never repaid . I did not take out these loans. They had a very old address..they called my mom. They knew my last 4 digits of my ssn. I am very concerned!!!!

Hillary jones, Marsha Watson from provisional risk services. Phone number 844 425 0877. This is the second phone call I have recieved stating I owe money to a pay day loan inside capital llc from November 2009. When you try to call the number back its a non working number. The other number is 866 411 0000. They claim they will see me in court. They claim the money was deposited into a bank account that has been closed for a long time. When you start to question them they are very rude. I am tired of the phone calls . They have my address, the last four numbers of the bank account that is closed and the last four numbers of my social security number. I have asked for paperwork but they refuse. The also stated the are filing a claim against me with the Michigan department of labor.
