In July 2023, they claimed big discounts, from bed bath & beyond.

Gave them my address, phone number & credit card number

I saw an ad on my Facebook feed for discounted items through Bed, Bath and Beyond. I placed 2 orders with them Order #00270416 was for $53.04 and order #0031847 was for $17.49. I thought they were legit because of the Bed, Bath and Beyond logo. When I couldn't get any information from them about then they would be shipping the merchandise and then later when I would try to go onto the website. I knew something was wrong. When I further checked into them I found out that it is all a scam. They were so good about their deviousness they even say that the email is coming from Bed, Bath and Beyond. These people are just despicable and need to be stopped.

Prudencei claimed to be responsible for clearing out Beth bed and beyond’s inventory with their recent closings. Had Bed Bath & Beyond logo and products. Free shipping on orders over $40. On 7/2/23, having first checked to see if there were any spam alerts (there were none at that time), I ordered 2 shelves, 1 bedding set, some outdoor lights, a hammock, and a step stool for a total of about $43. The order confirmation email came for $43.14 saying I would receive another email when my order shipped in 24 hours. My credit card was charged $43.57. No further communication from them.

A web search on 7/9 showed they were known to be fraudulent. I have reversed the charge on the card and locked that card.

I saw a 80 % off store closing sale advertising for Bed Bath&Beyond from FaceBook. I clip the advertising and I was lead into a website that looks very like Bed Bath& Beyond. I selected several item from the website and make the payment on line with my credit card. Later when I mention this advertising to my friend, my friend point to me that the website is not Bed Bath& Beyond. I send email to the website to request the status of my order. My email was return back for "not validate email address". I search this website from internet and it show that the site "www.prudencei.shop" is a scam.

I do not remember where I saw the ad but I was intrigued when I saw it. They made it seem like they were liquidating the stock for Bed Bath & Beyond who I had thought filed for bankruptcy. I saw some things I thought my family could use and put them in the "cart". One item even said "Buy one get one free" but didn't give any help on how to get that 2nd one without paying for both but I still stupidly bought one. I entered my debit/credit card info on July 3, 2023 and, have not heard anything from the company since. I checked my email for a confirmation and found none. I went to my bank account and found the company name and looked them up online and was shocked to see that several posts describe exactly my experience and that Prudencei.shop is a complete fraud. I am now having to go through contacting my bank to cancel the card, report the fraudulent transaction to fight for my money back, and change my passwords to protect myself. It isn't right that Prudencei.shop is misleading innocent people like myself by falsely claiming they represent Bed Bath & Beyond and companies like this need to be shut down so other innocent victims don't get caught in the scam.
