I get emails from this scammer every day. They are addressed to 'Elmer'. My name is not Elmer. I am about 2,000 miles away from Sheridan, WY. The offer is to sell my home as-is. As if!
I checked with the State of Wyoming. This address is for a business agent. These are formed for the purpose of business registrations for companies not located within the state. There are over 5,000 businesses registered at this address.
The emails are coming from the Netherlands.

This spammer/scammer sends me an email every day with a different email address. They claim to be based at: 30 N Gould St, Ste 26362, Sheridan, Wyoming, United States 82801. There is no telephone number on the e-mails or at their web site. They claim they have 19 offers on my property. How would that happen if the spammer/scammer is based in Holland or Wyoming? The spammer/scammer gets blocked every day, but they use a different email address every day. They are crooks looking to scam someone out of their property! Also, they claim to be ScamPulse.com certified. I checked with the ScamPulse.com and they are not! Another lie to make them look legitimate.!
