- Richmond, VA, USA

I received a letter from Prudential stating I was eligible for retirement benefits from Encore Group (USA) LLC Retirement Savings Plan. After googling ten variations the Encore Group does not exist. I called the number at 1-877-778-2109 I spoke with three employees working from home. None of the employees had information about the Encore Group and each employee gave me bogus addresses for Prudential. Possible Identity theft ring or possible scam in place. No information about Encore Group on file with Prudential as a company they represent. No accurate address for Prudential given and your social security number is needed as well as your birth day. Possible scam. Tried to speak with a headquartered office no number given
