I was contracted with a life insurance agency. During my interview i made it known i had no experience selling insurance and that my experience with other agencies have been very poor. They assured me i was gonna get all the leads and training i could handle. That was a month ago i have talked to my trainer once. I asked for acces to the leads and the CRM and i was denied. I was told i had not proven myself. I said how can i work if you wont give me the tools i need? The contact Mo was very unprofessional so i asked for a release so i can sell for someone else and was given a large list to do. Considering i was told if its not a fit they would be happy to release me and now they refuse to do so i want other agents to know what kind of people you will be dealing with. Ive met with many agencies and have been given access to the CRM and leads from day 1 this seems like a scam.
