Received a call on my cell phone, Said her names was Lauren and she was calling about legal documents that needed signed and said to call 1-888-635-3182 and gave me a case number

I did not answer the call because it came from a blocked/unknown number. They left a voicemail stating the following " Attention his message is intended for (my legal name). This call is pertaining to case file number ####-#####. My name is Stacy with PSV and this call is notification that attempts will be made to issue certified legal documents requiring your signature. If you will not be able to sign or if any changes need to be made to the time, date, or location of service, or for more details please contact the firm that is handling your case. Their contact number is 855-393-8087, and be sure to reference your case number. Failing to contact the issuing firm may result in a failure to appear being issued in your name. This is a very time sensitive matter, you have been notified.

Same M.O. as the above but my guy was named Kevin. Complete BS by this company...do not call back or engage. They try to use scare tactics of a legal matter, pending charges/judgement. If this call comes your way, do not pick it up and file a claim and report this. Companies such as this purchase previous paid debts or debts that were written off for pennies on the dollar and try to collect. Know your rights and do not entertain these calls.

Scammer called my phone three times and left these two voicemail messages:

Attention this message is intended for H M Of T F M Malibu. this phone calls pertaining to case five lumber 2 0 2 4 – 1 3 0 0 6 7 My name is Patricia calling with P S V Just called to give notification that attempts will be made to issue certified legal documents that require your signature if you will not be available to sign or if there's any changes that need to be made to the time date or location of service For more details, please contact the issuing firm that is handling your case. Their contact number is 8 6 6- 9 0 1- 0 4 8 6 and be sure to reference your case number, failing to contact the issuing firm may result in the failure to appear to be issued in your name this is a very sensitive matter

Lady identified as Kim left message. Stated that I should contact this firm and set up time and place to meet to receive papers. Failure to contact them could result in a failure to appear. Left reference no. ************. Is is not call number and have no intent on calling or meeting anyone.
