A Facebook ad appeared re: a Keto pill to help lose weight. A trial period required me to pay for shipping and handling. I received the pills (60). There was no paperwork nor any information regarding this product in the packaging. My account was charged $89.77 in November. I called the company because this was a surprise. They cancelled the subscription going forward. Butcwould not help me in removing this charge of which I had no knowledge. I asked for a supervisor. They kept disconnecting the call and argued with me that the charges were legitimate.
