My husband was shopping online on the Marketplace on Facebook, and happened upon an ad from PTOnlines offering awesome deals on tools, tool boxes and other hardware items. He purchased a Milwaukee Tool Box from this person on June 19, 2018, the name on the bank statement who drew the funds was Fht*youpinet Shenzhen for $146.69.

We tracked the package via ptonlines.com where it was updated every other day, and it supposedly originated in Australia, and finally arrived in the US and delivered to our front door on July 22, 2018, BUT it NEVER arrived and the only way to "contact" them was thru their website thru their email system. I sent numerous messages asking them to contact me and/or my husband via email or phone, and there never was a reply. Now I cannot even access their website, as it has been taken down. I have included and image of the original email they sent after the purchase.

Ptonlines.com has Facebook ads but appears to be a scam, comments on Facebook appear that no one is receiving ordered items. Have ScamPulse.com A+ logo on site.
