Interview via MS Teams, made job offer and then asked me cash to their check so I could purchase computer equipment and software for a remote data entry job. I suggested that they purchase and ship it to me themselves. The response was the board of directors changed the onboard procedure to mailing a check to new employee's home address directly and use a retailer in your local area. I knew something was not right at that point and declined the job offer.
