Call came from local school district and the first 4 numbers of the phone (684-3) are the correct first 4 numbers of the school district. I was asked if I supported something (I don't remember what it was) and I I hesitatingly gave a slow and hesitating "yes". The caller then began talking fast and the voice kept cutting out. After I hung up I called the number back and got the library at the school district which I was told was not the 684-3141 which had come up in my caller ID.
