Anyone else interested in a Class Action Suit?

I too fell for the indestructible toy come on. My Mastiff and Labs can destroy anything, so I purchased 3 toys. They arrived more than a month later after I tried to cancel due to the delay and I realized right away that they didn't stand a chance. 2 days later there were pulled off arms and legs and I contacted about replacements. "June" has responded with the 30% discount nonsense, made submit video (which is not noted in there ads), told me that they only replace 1 toy per order (again not listed in their Terms of Service), and finally offered a less than full refund.

Business reports replaced items if damaged. An email was sent to confirm warranty for dog toys and they confirmed warranty. After low quality item was destroyed, company cited "external factors" that contributed to dog toy being destroyed and declined to replace item although website guarantees replacement.
