The scammer said his name is NAME and I won $5000 a week and he said he was from Publishers Clearing House. He asked for my bank Aba and Account number and I gave to him. I had to open a new account number at my bank and the old account number can only receive deposits and no money can come out of it. I did not lose any money and the bank manager said it would be impossible for me to lose money. His phone number is 718-XXX-XXXX. I do not play Publishers Clearinghouse. He said I won because I pay my bills.
