I had a phone call from someone stating he was from Publisher Clearing House and our phone call was recorded and that I had won $750,000 and a New White Mercedes. I immediately asked for a name and phone number to double check if this was legitimate, as I thought this was a scam. The man said I should have received a letter in the mail, which I hadn't and then asked: "hadn't you signed up for the Publisher Clearing House Sweepstakes?" I said correct, but that I didn't believe them and to give me the name and phone number of a supervisor for me to double check with. He kept assuring me it was legitimate and said to call: Robert Goldman, who was the Supervisor, at 210-940-9057. The man on the phone assured me it was legitimate and that they were registered with the ScamPulse.com and the FCC. But to call Mr. Goldman. I told them I would call that number after double checking with the ScamPulse.com and hung up. I immediately called the ScamPulse.com and was told it was a scam and was told about the website to report scams.

I did not allow him to go into any kind of sales tactic so he received no other personal information from me. He already had my name and phone number. He did say something about me shopping at Walgreens, and Walmart, which didn't make sense to me in regards to Publisher Clearing House, so I'm not sure what that was about. I hope this information helps.

James Anderson called 3 times first time as Dave Kennedy telling Richard he won Publishers Clearing House. His prize no is 3071PCHUSA 7025142057. all he had to do is watch for the van to pull up. An hour later we got the call from James Anderson he told me to trust him and as a show of faith he will make payment to our house payment, had me call mortgage company and give them this routing no 053101121 account NO 5206909929 and make a 1400 payment to my loan principal, which I did. Now his is blowing up my phone wanting $20,000 before we can get the grand prize.
