I have not received PEOPLE magazine since 5/24/15, finding out that Publishers Billing Marketplace (PBM) is a scam and is not associated with PEOPLE magazine.
I tried to contact them at the phone number on my renewal notice, 1-707-266-6673, for 10 days with no luck. I also emailed them at [email protected] and did not get a reply.
They have $179.95 of my money and I don't think there is any way for me to recover the money.
