I received a call from a man supposedly representing Publisher's Clearing House. He asked me to send him money by sending a check to him for $1,500.00 to receive my winnings. His name was Billy Anderson - Badge #803BA and then the manager that took over the call and he was Tom Tucker. I told him this is a scam and I do not want to talk about this anymore and to not contact me anymore. I called the ScamPulse.com to report this.
