onsumer called ScamPulse.com to report that someone acting as Publishers Clearing House contacted her by phone and said that she had one $4 million and a new car. The scammer wanted her to go and purchase a $500 vanilla visa card but she told them no. Scammer proceeded to then call the consumer names and she hung up on them. Consumer was not able to provide the phone number that she was called on.
