I keep getting calls from Publisher's ClearingHouse saying I've won $3.8 million, and a Mercedes Benz, but I have to pay $900.00 for the IRS. They want me to buy a gift card from Walmart or Dollar General.Then they said it was refundable. I talked to a lawyer who sent me a picture of his passport. All of the people who I talk to have an accent. I live in senior housing and have many health conditions.
