Received a letter in the mail with a check for over $9,000 letting me know I had won $750,000. The check was intended to cover taxes and processing fees and to call the name and number given so they could "advise you" on how to collect your winnings. Although they used Publishers Clearing House name, the letter also referenced, "Free Lotto Promotion," "International Lotto Commission," "Int'l Lottery Board," "Publishers Clearing House USA/Canada" and "Nation Wide Settlement & Trust Claim Processing Partners." There were two address, both of which were incomplete and did not include zip codes.
