Gave a Confirmation Number 564310045, winning ticket # 4236947VA, date 02/22/23 time was 10:47AM (eastern time), gave badge # GP004897, check would be $3.5 million, and car was a 2023 Mercedes Benze C class, choice of colors was midnight black or pearl white. Gave address as 101 winners Circle, New York. requested I purchase $350 VISA gift card at local Walgreens or Dollar General to cover .01% registration fee for FDIC federal fee for money transfer. Wanted me to go buy VISA card and call him back as soon as I had the gift card.

I reported this phone number 804-719-3099 to Publishers Clearing House today.

Caller said with Publisher's Clearinghouse and I won $2 million.

Recieved a call saying I won second place in the Publishers Clearing House. That I won a few million dollars. All I had to do was go to the nearest Wal-Mart or Dollar Store and buy some prepaid gift cards. I was told to stay on the line while I made the purchases. And that while I was they would put balloons at my front door and Steve Harvey would deliver my check. They said I filled out a form four and a half years ago.

Called and said I was a grand prize winner. I called Publisher's Clearinghouse to reveal the scam. Did want deposit thru debit card but didn't respond.

I was called on a Saturday morning in December , from a guy named Bobby Mills said he was calling from Publishers Clearing House to tell me I had won 4.4 million dollars & a bonus of a 2022 ford explorer, dark green, gas card for 30 a week for the next 3 months & insurance from StateFarm/ roadside assistance for the next 3 years pkg # $7000 a week until my death, naming my daughter Lora Miller as my beneficiary.Told me to write all this down mar/Va.Linda Davis claim forms IRS 587.15 $19,550.00claim received . 1099 Tax Form. 515-495-3493. Told me to call him at 12 when I was ready to go to Walmart to receive my car and 1 million of my money until we could go to my bank of my choice, I did not teyh which bank. It was raining and by the time I got to the Walmart thinking he wove there, he said to be sure we parked in a space with an empty space on each side of us. He kelp me on the phone until we arrived at Walmartand when I told him we were there he said for my husband to go in and ask for a VANILLA VISA CARD FOR 550, well I asked him what for and he said it was included in my money that he would be giving me when he got there. Well #1 they only sell up to a 500 card, but he said tell your husband to ask for that card for that amount and say it was for his grandson’s gift. Well they told him it was a scam. When he told me, the guy was still on the phone, he said Didnyou tell them it was for your grandsons gift, he told him again no they didn’t sell a 550 gift card, well we started back home and he said to stop at walgreens and just go ahead and get it for the 500 and he would put in the rest. So we did that and come on home and we were sworn to secrets and no one would know until they delivered the car and the big check like they do on tv. Well I told him I didn’t want it done that way. But by then it was 3 0’clock and the banks closed at 4, I told him this but he said not to worry they were on their way from Bristol with the car and we would get the 1 million 500 for the gift card I’d purchased which he had me to give him the numbers off of and like sitting ducks we sit here until he called back and said there had been a wreak on the mountain on the way over. He said it was in front of the driver of the car that I was to receive so they sit in traffic for over an hour, he said.? So did I know of any places the people could stay near by and wait until morning so we could go to the bank! Sounded like a good reason so I told him if they could turn around and go back about 6 miles or so there was a travelers inn, so he said that was great! So the the next morning he calls and says that we’re having a hard time getting the check ready for you, he said it had to have two golden eagle stamps on it, they had put one on it from NewYork, but in the commonwealth of va. They had to stamp it to? And go back to Walgreens and get two more 500 card gift cards, well I instantly said no because that would over draft me! He said well don’t you have over draft protection, I said yes but I’m not going to do it just refund me my 500 dollars and we’ll forget the whole thing, we’ll he begged us not to do this, pray about it please pray for you to see this is for real, I said no and he finally said well I’ll call you back with the instructions on how to get this refunded! I told him I sanded it sent back to me just like I had sent it to him and he assured us that he soja e everything ready when he called back. Needless to say he has had one phone disconnected but he had given me another number which is in this report! But I keep calling him and it keeps going to voicemail and I just keep telling him that I am waiting for him to call me! That’s about all of it! I hope maybe you can get ahold of him and maybe by the grace of God it would scare him into sending my money back, I can still hope, can’t I?

Thank you

Linda Davis

My brother got a call from Publishers clearing House stating he won a car and $3.5 million dollars.

- Bristol, VA, USA

I received a call saying I had won Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes - I was asked to confirm my first and last initial so they would know I was the correct person - I did - at that point they told me my full name.  I was told I have won $1 million dollars and that to receive the money I would need to pay a processing fee of $375.  Was asked how long it would take me to get a money order for that amount.  I told them 45 minutes - I was to call them back when I got the money order.  Once I hung up I decided to call ScamPulse.com before I did anything else.

Left a voice mail saying won $9.5 million and to call 347-508-9108.   And it is a robo call with Christmas music playing in the back ground.

I was stupid. A friend messaged me through Facebook ad told me about this. Claimed she got money from the Grant place run by PCH.

I messaged back and forth with her on Facebook about what she did. I tried to call her but, the phone just rang with no answer. I messaged back and she said that her lawyer had her not answer phone calls as she got so much money. ($500,000). I messaged back and forth and it sounded good. She did say she paid $2000 and got the package of cash.

Ok, I should have known but, I was stupid. The only thing they got was my driver's license. When they said go get some kind of credit card and send them the numbers. I was working with Agent Tony Mark PCH. I told them I did not have $2000. They said can you send $1200. I said the best I could do was $50. They said that would not work. I also told them that the license was wrong. That did not bother them. It got down to if I got the $50 they would deliver the money and promise to send the rest.

It would be interesting to try that to see what would happen. but, I do not plan to do that. Not sure if I have a problem but, maybe.

I know better than to do this but, I thought I was talking to my friend.

Ok, not a smart thing to do. You have the info. Not sure what you can do but, please pity me as I should have known better

Caller said with Publisher's Clearinghouse and I won $2.2 million and a Mercedes.

I keep getting phone calls claiming I won Publisher's Clearinghouse and I'm sick of it.

I got a phone call from Publisher's Clearinghouse saying I had won. I had to go to Wal-Mart and buy a Vanilla Card for $499 and call them back with the numbers.

Received a letter supposedly from PCH containing a check in the amount of $4,927.83 but had to call in before depositing check. When we did, the guy wanted us to pay $3500.00 plus the check back to him!!! This was to my brother who had passed away April1, 2021.

Received phone call on land line phone, caller identified himself as David from Publisher's Clearing House. He asked me if I was 'my name', to which I answered 'yes'. He then asked if I was familiar with Publisher's Clearing House and I again answered 'yes'. He then disconnected the call.

the scammer prays on people that they have won large amount of money and ask to wire money to a bank and they also give a persons name and bank it goes to.

I recieved a call from 876-392-2437 (Jamaica). The man sounded like a female with a very strong accent, stated that I have won $5,000,000 and a 2018 Mercedes Benz car. He took care in explaining that this was the first winning number in Oregon and all I had to do to feel confident that this is real was to call PCH at 916-237-0204, when given options, I was to choose option #3, they would ask for my name and as soon as I said my name, I was to enter a 7-digit code that he also provided me with. The after I heard that I had actually won this $5,000,000 and 2018 Mercedes Benz, I should call him back for further instructions to schedule delivery. I did call the number for Publisher's Clearing House and chose option 3, stated my name to the machine and then put in the 7-digit code. I was indeed told that my account balance was $5,000,000 and a brand new 2018 Mercedes Benz. I called the number back after hanging up and chose the option to speak with a representative. When someone answered the line I explained that I just received a call from Jamaica, stating my winnings. He said..."Oh no ma'am, just hang up your phone! Have a nice day". Then we were disconnected.

Before ending the call from the Jamaica number, I did ask..."And at what point in this process is this going to cost me money?" He was emphatic that the money was already mine and I wouldn't have to buy anything to collect it. Then went on to say congratulations about 6 times with zeal.

I blocked the Jamaica number and have received four 'Restricted' numbers in the past 15 minutes. I won't answer those.

Consumer called and advised she received a call from PCH asking if she would be home at 2:00 today and the gentleman asked if she had lived alone - she advised no she lives with her son. The gentleman kept repeating himself and she now knows the 876 area code came from Jamacia

Yesterday abt. 8:15 a.m., I received a call from a man who identified himself as Mr. David Green from Publisher's Clearing House who informed me that I had won $2.5 million, $1,000.00 Mo. for life, and a new Mercedez. Asked if I could be at home at 1:00 p.m. for the camera crew and presenter(s) to arrive. Asked if I had anyone close to me that I would want to give a 'nice surprise'. He protested strenuously when I suggested I, at that time, tell my daughter about this ['surprise'. Wanted to keep the surprise energy for the photos. Then asked me if I had a car...was there a WalMart close by...could I go to WalMart and back before the group arrived. He said that in order to get the prize, I needed to pay a $150 storage fee for my 'package being held in Salem'. I was to transfer the money to Merchant Banker, attn. Banisha Burke, St. Petersburg Florida. He kept admonishing me to keep ALL of this secret until they arrived. He actually talked to me about 15 minutes, giving instructions on how I should react for the cameras when the crew arrived...suggesting that I make my house look as neat and attractive as possible, etc. At the time, I was pretty sure that PCH wouldn't make a call first...and was quite suspicious of the call. THEN came the money transfer request...I knew for sure! I told him I thought this was a scam and hung up. He called back and asked why I hadn't indicated my feelings earlier. I hung up. He called again. I did not answer the 3rd call. Note: He does know my phone #'s and my address. Perhaps, he has other information about me. I am concerned. Please see if you can track this guy (or group) down and stop these activities. Thank you.

I talked to a woman who said I had won Publisher's Clearinghouse. She said I won 1/2 million. Her accent was Filipino, and she said her name was Rodriguez. I asked why she was Filipino, with a Hispanic name, She stammered then said she was 1/2 & 1/2. She asked my age, and if I lived alone. She asked me to hold on the line to talk to a lawyer. Nobody came on the line, so I hung up.

My wife received a call from a man who said he was John Ford with Publisher's Clearinghouse. He told my wife she had won $950,000 and a Mercedez Benz. He told her the Lord was with her today. He asked her if she was sitting down. He told her she would need to pay $955.00. He said, "One percent is all it costs, just one percent for all this money". He told her to go to Walmart. He had a foreign accent. He kept telling her "do not hang up this phone". She was changing her clothes to go. I stopped her.
